Autism Housing Pathways is where it all started; our founding partners were trained through this Massachusetts nonprofit in Person-Centered Planning. Staying true to our origins, PCPP continues to provide planning services to AHP members for a discounted price and to recipients of AHP’s housing grant (provided by the Developmental Disabilities Council).
If you or child is affected by autism, we encourage you to become members of Autism Housing Pathways. The information and resources that AHP provides are critical to families who have a vision of affordable, safe, creative housing situations for their loved ones with autism and other intellectual disabilities. www.autismhousingpathways.org
In addition, we appreciate the support of the following organizations who provide us with office and meeting spaces:
Curry Management Consultants
Nashoba Learning Group
Seven Hills Foundation
Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc.
